Our History
Resonance Records was founded in 2010 by Ethan Bellweather, a Nashville native with a lifelong passion for music and audio engineering. Ethan's vision was to create a recording studio that offered not only state-of-the-art equipment but also a supportive and creative environment for artists to thrive. Starting as a small project studio in a converted garage, Resonance Records quickly gained a reputation for its exceptional sound quality and personalized service.
In 2015, Resonance Records moved to its current location on Music Row, expanding its facilities to include a spacious live room, multiple recording booths, and a dedicated mixing and mastering suite. The new studio was designed with acoustics in mind, ensuring optimal sound isolation and clarity. Over the years, Resonance Records has had the privilege of working with a diverse range of artists, from local indie bands to Grammy-winning musicians.
We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative atmosphere where artists can experiment and push their creative boundaries. Ethan is a seasoned audio engineer with over 15 years of experience. He has worked on countless recording projects, spanning various genres from country and rock to pop and jazz. Ethan holds a degree in Audio Engineering from Belmont University and is certified in Pro Tools HD. His expertise and passion for music are the driving force behind Resonance Records.
Olivia Rossi
Mixing & Mastering Engineer
Olivia is a highly skilled mixing and mastering engineer with a keen ear for detail. She specializes in creating polished, radio-ready mixes that enhance the sonic quality of any recording. Olivia is proficient in both analog and digital mixing techniques and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results for every project. She previously worked at Blackbird Studio before joining Resonance Records.
